Ingredients:

1 Pound Lean Ground Beef (or 3/4 pound beef
1 1/2 Onions chopped small
2 Cloves Of Garlic chopped (up to 3)
1 1/2 Tablespoons Dill fresh, chopped
1 Eggplant (or 3 summer squash
2 Cups Low Fat Yogurt ;

Directions:

1. Brown meat.

2. Combine with the onion, garlic, dill and pepper.

3. Slice eggplant or squash into long slices, about 1/8 inch thick.

4. In a casserole 8x8x2 inches, arrange one layer of vegetables.

5. Pour yogurt on top of this mixture. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 45-60 minutes, until casserole starts to bubble.
