This simple dish will fill a growing family on a budget. It is a great way to get dairy into a picky child's diet. ( They will not know it is cottage cheese, they will just know it's good)!

1 Onion chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 can Tomato Sauce (8 oz.)
1 cup Cottage Cheese
8 oz Cream Cheese package

Green pepper and green onion are not listed in ingredients but are in it. It is simple and delish. :)
