Beef Chop Suey

1 Pound Steak
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil or butter
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil (up to 2)
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
3 Unit Celery thinly sliced diagonally
2 Onions sliced
1 Cup Chicken Broth (up to 2)
2 Cups Bean Sprouts rinsed

1. Trim any fat from steak and dice.

2. In a large non-stick skillet or wok, heat oils and stir-fry meat over high heat 1 minute.

3. Stir in soy sauce. Remove meat with a slotted spoon and keep warm.

4. Add celery, onions and broth to the skillet.

5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook 5 minutes.

6. Add bean sprouts. Cook 3 minutes more, then return meat and stir to heat.

7. Serve with Confitti Rice and Sesame Spinach Salad.
