When you make this you should adjust the simmer time accordingly. Few people don't like totally melted meat while few prefer hard meat. You can add garnishes after the dish is ready, corriendar is the best choice.

Ingredients:

1 lb Beef Stew or fondue cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tablespoons Curry Powder
1 oz Unsweetened Chocolate
1/4 cup Molasses
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
1 quart Orange Juice (or more)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Oil

Directions:

1. Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and continue browning.

2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

3. Simmer about 1 hour, continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed.

4. A pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten cooking.

5. Serve with rice and mixed vegetables or chutney.
