Beef Oven Stew With Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 Unit Egg 1 Unit Beaten egg Yolks
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch about
1. Preheat oven to 350 F Combine egg, cornstarch, instant minced onion, dry mustard, chili powder and salt.
2. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into 6-8 balls.
3. Brown in Microwave on High for 6-7 minutes. Placei n 1 1/2 quart casserole.
4. Add potatoes, carrots and onion. Mix together remaining ingredients and heat in Microwave.
5. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and bake at 350 F until vegetables are tender, aobut 1 hour and 15 minutes.
