Directions:
1. Combine egg with milk.2. Dredge thin beef slices through egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.3. In skillet heat oil until a light haze forms.4. Add beef and brown them quickly on both sides.5. Transfer to a baking disk. Top with mozzarella and cover with tomato sauce.6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until sauce bubbles.
