This is the easiest way to use your leftover ground beef. Adding your favorite spices makes it taste much better. they can make you breakfast much easier and healthier.
1. In a large bowl combine ground beef, salts and pepper.
2. Mix well, cover and refrigerate. On second day mix again.
3. Refrigerate. On third day mix again. Refrigerate.
4. On fourth day shape into 5 rolls, about 1-1/2" X 10" Spray broiler rack with Pam.
5. Lay rolls on rack, place on lower oven rack.
