Ingredients:
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef or pork
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (divided)
2 Unit Onions small
4 Unit Garlic
2 Unit Garlic
14 Ounces Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Red Wine
1 Unit Pepper or green chiles; depending on your taste
1. Heat oil in a large saucepan set over medium heat.
2. Add ground beef to onions and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes Add remaining ingredients.
