A dinner staple growing up, I have always enjoyed this dish on a cold Sunday afternoon.

Directions:
1. In saucepan, cook egg noodles and set aside. Cut beef into cubes. Coat beef cubes with flour, shake off excess. 2. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet and add meat to pan to sear the beef. 3. Reduce heat; add salt and pepper, and red wine. 4. Simmer 8-10 minutes. Add sour cream and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. 5. Cook 1 minute. Add cooked egg noodles and toss to coat. 6. Serve with crusty bread.
