1/2 Cup Flour 1/2 Cup Flour (00 type)
2 Teaspoons Salt 2 Teaspoons Salt (to taste)
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper red bell
1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard 1/2 Teaspoon Dry mustard optional
2 Onions 2 Onions thinly sliced &
2 Cans Mushrooms 2 Cans (4 oz. each) sliced mushrooms or drained
1/2 Pound Mushroom 1/2 Pound Mushrooms sliced (up to 12)
1 Can Beef Broth 1 Can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef broth
1/4 Cup Dry White Wine 1/4 Cup Dry white wine (optional)
1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream 1 1/2 Cups Sour cream
1/4 Cup Flour 1/4 Cup Flour (00 type)

1. Trim all excess fat from steak and cut meat into 3 inch strips about 1/2 inch wide.

2. Combine 1/2 cup flour, the salt, pepper and dry mustard; toss with steak strips to coat thoroughly.

3. Place coated steak strips in crock pot; stir in onion rings and mushrooms.

4. Add beef broth and wine; stir well. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.

5. Before serving, combine sour cream with 1/4 cup flour; stir into crock pot.
