1 Liter Sirloin Steak 1 Liter Lb. sirloin steak cut in thin strips
4 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour 4 Tablespoons All-purpose flour plus
1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Salt to 1 ts
4 Tablespoons Butter 4 Tablespoons Butter or margarine (up to 3)
1 Unit Mushroom 1 Unit 3 oz. can sliced mushrooms drained
1/2 Unit Onion 1/2 Unit Chopped onion
1 Unit Clove Of Garlic 1 Unit Clove of garlic minced
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste 1 Tablespoon Tomato paste 6 oz.can
1 Unit Beef Broth 1 Unit 10 oz. can beef broth
1 Cup Sour Cream 1 Cup Sour cream or milk
1 Unit Noodles 1 Unit Hot buttered noodles

1. Coat beef strips with 1 tbsp.

2. flour and salt. Brown beef strips quickly in 1 tbsp.

3. butter in a skillet. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; cook until onion is crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes Remove meat and mushrooms from pan.

4. Add 2 tbsp. butter to pan drippings; blend in 3 tbsp.

5. flour. Add tomato paste. Stir in broth. Stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.

6. Return meat and mushrooms to skillet. Stir in sour cream; cook slowly until heated through.

7. Do not boil. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
