Indulge in the flavors of beef with this delicious recipe.Thread meat on skewers and cook,refrigerate.broil with seasoning,soya and lemon. Your Beef Yakitori is ready to serve in 2mins.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce plus 1 teaspoon
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice depending on the
2 Tablespoons Sugar confectioner'
1 Unit Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil as needed
1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted
1 Pound Beef
2 Unit Green Onions

Directions:

1. In 9x5 inch loaf pan, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, oil, sesame seeds and onion.

2. Thread meat on 18 to 20 six inch bamboo skewers, pushing the skewer in and out as though sewing.

3. Place skewered meat in marinade, turn to coat all sides.

4. Cover and refriderate 4 hours; drain. Arrange on broiler pan and broil 5 to 8 inches from heating element.

5. Broil 1.5 to 2 minutes; turn to broil 1 minute longer.
