Beef Ziti Casserole

Great hearty recipe to feed the whole family.

Ingredients:

8 oz Macaroni Ziti uncooked
16 oz Green Beans can drained
11 oz Corn can drained
1 lb Ground Beef
21 oz Condensed Mushroom Soup can
14 1/2 oz Stewed Tomatoes can
1 teaspoon Dried Basil crushed
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ziti according to package directions; drain. Return cooked ziti and vegetables (green beans and corn) to cooking pot used to cook ziti.

2. Meanwhile, in 10 inch skillet over medium heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat; drain fat.

3. Stir in soup, tomatoes, basil, pepper, and garlic to meat.

4. Heat thoroughly. Add soup mixture to ziti mixture; mix well.

5. Spoon into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover with foil.

6. Bake 15 minutes.

7. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
