Beef and Orange Burritos

Ingredients:

2 Teaspoons Cumin Seeds Ground
1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
3 Cloves Of Garlic crushed
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Onion chopped
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Orange rind grated
1 Lean Ground Beef cooked & drained

Directions:

1. In a large skillet, saute onion, pepper, cloves, orange rind, cumin & chili powder in oil (and Pam if needed) until almost tender.

2. Add orange juice & stir until liquid evaporates.

3. Add cooked & drained ground beef & stir long enough until flavors have blended together.

4. Serve with heated flour tortillas & your choice of the following accompaniments: chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, grated sharp cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped scallions, salsa, refried beans, tabasco sauce, sliced jalapenos.
