This is a good recipe with lot of fat content. This is good for health. Those who need to put up weight they can take this recipe.It will show very good result.Not only beef,eggs also provide sufficient energy for the person who take this. It takes too much of time but it will be very tasty to eat.Italian breadcrumbs, onions, sauce all add extra taste to this recipe.

Ingredients:

12 oz Beer your favorite
6 oz Vegetable Juice spicy
1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs Italian
1 cup Onion chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
28 oz Ketchup bottle
1 teaspoon Horseradish Sauce prepared
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
2 Eggs

Directions:

1. Combine ground beef, 1/2 cup onions, Italian breadcrumbs, eggs.

2. Make the mixture into small meatballs. Then fry or bake the meat.

3. In a saucepan combine the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes.

4. Put meatballs and sauce into a Crockpot. The sauce should cover the meat.

5. Allow to simmer in the Crockpot for at least 3 hours.

6. Six to ten hours on low temperature is great. Stir them occasionally. You may wish to add more ketchup or tomato juice - spice them up if you like them hot.
