Belgian Waffles with Blueberries

A delicious breakfast! Try it with different fruits!

Ingredients:

3 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 dash Instant Yeast
4 Eggs medium
1/2 cup Whole Milk
1 cup Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
6 Ounce Fresh Blueberries

Directions:

1. Heat one cup of milk until it is lukewarm then mix in the yeast. Leave the yeast mixture standing for about 30 minutes.

2. While waiting for the yeast, melt the butter.

3. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and beat the egg whites until fluffy.

4. In a large bowl, mix in the flour, vanilla, sugar and salt.

5. Make a hole in the middle of the flour and fill it with melted butter, dissolved yeast and egg yolk.

6. Mix while adding milk so that there are no lumps.

7. Gently mix the beaten egg whites into the dough.

8. Leave the dough to rest and rise at room temperature until the volume of the dough doubles or triples.

9. Grease the waffle iron.

10. Pour the dough in it.

11. Bake until they turn golden brown.

12. Sprinkle blueberries on top before serving.
