1/4 Cup Peanut Oil or to taste
2 Tablespoons Rice Wine or cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons Water hot
1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger chopped
1 Tablespoon Celery chopped
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce *
1 1/2 Teaspoons Tomato Paste 6 oz.can
1 1/2 Teaspoons Sugar confectioner'
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice depending on the
1 Dash Salt to 1 ts
1 Dash Pepper hot red

Directions:
