Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Onion
3/4 Cup Peanut Oil (2-4 T)
6 Tablespoons Rice Wine or cider vinegar
6 Tablespoons Water reserved from cooking
3 Tablespoons Ginger
3 Tablespoons Celery
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce or tamari, reduced-sodium kind
4 1/2 Teaspoons Tomato Paste 6 oz.can
4 1/2 Teaspoons Sugar brown
4 Teaspoons Lemon Juice depending on the
1 Unit Pepper

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until very smooth.

2. Makes enough to fill a Tupperware squeeze bottle.

3. Refrigerate. *Note...I found the 3 Tablespoons of fresh ginger root to be a little hot, so you might try using the chopped ginger in a jar because it is a little milder than the fresh.
