Ingredients:

1 Cup Sugar brown
12 Tablespoons Butter margarine, or olive
3/4 Cup Sesame Seeds 30 Ml
1 Cup Flour plus extra flour for dredging
1 Egg hardboiled, chopped
1 Teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla (up to)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325.

2. Cream butter until soft, then gradually beat in sugar and egg until mixture is fluffy.

3. Combine flour and baking powder; stir into butter mixture.

4. Add vanilla and sesame seeds and mix well. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, about 1-1/2" apart.

5. Bake 12-15 minutes, until cookies are light brown.

6. Let cookies rest a minute, then remove immediately from baking sheet.

7. If cookies harden before removal, return to oven for a minute to soften.

8. "These cookies can be frozen, or will keep well in tightly-covered container.
