1. In blender combine all ingredients and zap till smooth.
2. Serve sauce over the berries. One of my comfort foods was berries and sour cream.
3. Try this instead. I don't use the added sugar all though it is minimal.
4. Approximately 60 calories and delicious. WW; 1/2 fruit and 1/4 milk; 15 optional.
