2 Eggs hardboiled, chopped
2 Teaspoons Vanilla or grated peel of One Orange
2 Tablespoons Sugar plus...
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour or less as needed
1 Cup Skim Milk warm
1/2 Teaspoon Salt pepper to taste,
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon or cloves
1 Tablespoon Butter or margarine
3 Eggs whites
3 1/2 Cups Raspberries strawberries

1. Blend together the egg whites, eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

2. Melt butter in a 10- to 12-inch nonstick ovenproof frying pan in a 425 degree oven.

3. Tilt the pan to coat it evenly. Pour the batter into the pan and bake until puffy and well-browned (about 25 minutes).

4. In a bowl, combine the berries and cinnamon.

5. Spoon the mixture onto the dutch baby and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
