Ingredients:

4 Eggs , chopped
1 Cup Chocolate Chips 12 oz.
1 Teaspoon Vanilla or grated peel of One Orange
1 Cup Flour plus extra flour for dredging
4 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate melted and cooled
1/4 Teaspoon Salt pepper to taste,
1 1/2 Cups Sugar (or less, to taste)
Cup Butter margarine, or olive
1 Cup Walnut chopped

Directions:

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

2. Prepare 13x9 pan. Melt together chocolate and butter, cool slightly.

3. Beat together eggs and sugar until thick , about 5 minutes.

4. Stir in chocolate, then flour and salt. Fold in chips and nuts.

5. Pour into pan and bake 20-25 minutes. Do not over bake.
