Ingredients:

1 Pound Shrimp MEDIUM SIZE IN SHELLS
1/2 Cup Butter MELTED
4 Cloves Of Garlic CRUSHED/SALT
4 Tablespoons Parsley FRESH,CHOPPED
2 Pinches Cayenne Pepper
2 Lemons FOR JUICE

Directions:

1. PEEL SHRIMP,LEAVING ON TAILS.

2. Heat the butter,oil and garlic in a broiler proof pan.

3. Stir in the parsley,cayenne,and lemon juice.Add the shrimp,tossing to coat.

4. Place under the broiler 6" from heat,and broil until done,about 5 minutes.

5. Check half way through the cooking time and turn shrimp as necessary.

6. Serve with crusty bread for dipping in the sauce.

This is a good recipe, however, where's the oil measurement in the list of ingredients? I added one tablespoon of olive oil and reduced the lemon juice to one lemon (about 3 tablespoons).
