Betty's Breakfast Casserole

Very simple and hearty recipe for a delicious breakfast. Quick and easy brunch for the entire family on a Sunday morning.

Ingredients:

8 Unit Crescent Rolls or see below
1 Pound Sausage brown and drain
1 Cup Ham or chopped ham
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
4 Unit Eggs separated, plus 2 egg yolks
3/4 Cup Milk (evaporated is best)

Directions:

1. Press rolls in bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan sealing edges together.

2. Layer ham, cooked sausage crumbled over rolls, and cheese.

3. Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper and beat together.

4. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until set and brown on top.

5. Makes a great Sunday brunch with fruit and muffins.
