Bittersweet Chocolate Moons

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine
3/4 Cup Walnut toasted tightly and
1/3 Cup Sugar confectioner'
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa sifted
1 Cup Flour with high gluten
1/4 Teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla or orange flower water; optional
1. Put all into food processor and blend until a ball forms.
2. Chill one hour. Form into 12 balls and shape into crescent moons.
3. Bake at 300F on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes.
