Ingredients:

1 Package Spinach thawed and drained
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef cooked and drained
2 Cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup (reduced fat)
1 Can Asparagus with juice
1 Cup White Rice
1 Unit Pepper
8 Slices American Cheese diced

Directions:

1. Here's an unusually good throw together dinner.

2. Suggestion: When fixing a ground beef dinner, brown an extra pound and store it in some Tupperware.

3. Later in the week, when you have a cup of leftover rice (or pasta) mix this all together and throw it in the oven.

4. Good and easy. Kick it up a notch with some garlic and some of Emeril's Essence.

5. Enjoy Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, pour into casserole evenly.

6. Top with 8 more slices of American cheese. Cook covered in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, uncover and cook 15 additional minutes.
