Ingredients:

1 Cup Rice 1 Cup Rice brown uncooked
15 Ounces Black Beans 15 Ounces Black beans canned
12 Unit Flour 12 Unit Tortilla flour 6" dia.
1 Tablespoon Garlic 1 Tablespoon Garlic clove minced
1 Tomato 1 Tomato raw medium
1/2 Cup Onion 1/2 Cup Onion chopped (optional)
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder 2 Teaspoons Chili powder or as desired
1/2 Cup Salsa 1/2 Cup Salsa (your choice)

Directions:

1. Cook rice and set aside.

2. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and place in a 200 deg oven to warm.

3. Put all the other ingredients with the exception of salsa in a sauce pan.

4. Simmer for 5 minutes until tomatoes soften. Stir in the warm rice and salsa.
