Ingredients:

1/4 Teaspoon Pepper and a tiny
1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin Seed divided use
1 Dash Cayenne Pepper ( 1/4tsp)
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder (optional)
2 Cloves Of Garlic minced
1 Jalapeno Pepper minced
1/2 Cup Cilantro chopped
3 Tablespoons Lime Juice fresh
1 Tomato peeled and chopped
30 Ounces Black Beans canned
1 Cup Frozen Corn yellow
1 Cup Frozen Corn white
1 Sweet Onion chopped
3 Green Onions thinly sliced

Directions:

1. Thoroughly, but gently, mix everything together.

2. More or less of anything can be added to suit your own tastes.

3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours and up to 2 days, to allow flavors to blend.

4. Let come to room temperature before serving with baked tortilla or pita chips.

5. Enjoy! I've taken this to numerous potlucks and people really like it.

6. I've also eaten it for more lunches than I can remember.
