Directions:
1. Combine, by hand, the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.2. Do not overmix. The cream cheese will be lumpy.3. Combine the next 8 ingredients in a larger bowl, stirring until smooth.4. Pour batter into muffin tins about 1/2 full.5. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of cheese mixture to center of each cupcake.6. Top with chocolate chips and pecans. Bake for 20 minutes in 350 oven.
