Ingredients:

8 Ounces Cream Cheese softened
1 Egg extra large
1/2 Cup Sugar (optional)
1 Dash Salt ; (optional)
1 1/2 Cups Flour unsifted
1/4 Cup Cocoa cinnamon and sugar
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil or margarine
1 Cup Water lukewarm (110 to 115
1 Teaspoon Vanilla (up to 5)
1 Teaspoon Soda

Directions:

1. Combine, by hand, the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.

2. Do not overmix. The cream cheese will be lumpy.

3. Combine the next 8 ingredients in a larger bowl, stirring until smooth.

4. Pour batter into muffin tins about 1/2 full.

5. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of cheese mixture to center of each cupcake.

6. Top with chocolate chips and pecans. Bake for 20 minutes in 350 oven.
