Ingredients:
1 Unit Margarine (soft)
1 Cup Flour whole wheat
1/2 Cup Pecan
1 Cup Sugar sifted
1 Cup Whipped Cream in pastry bag
1 Package Cream Cheese
2 1/2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (optional, but tstes superb with it in)
1. Crust: mix all together, press into a 9 * 13 pan (note: will be thin).
2. Bake on 350 F till light brown. let cool. 1ST LAYER: mix all together, spread onto the cooled crust.
3. 2ND LAYER: mix all together till thick, then spread on the second layer.
4. then spread the remainder of the whipped cream on top.
5. (optional: Sprinkle with pecan pieces and cherries ).
