1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Olives kalamata, pitted
Cup Olives dry cured, pitted
3 Cloves Of Garlic peeled, more or less
1/2 Cup Onion yellow, chopped

This recipe worked well with the modification below. I decided to process everything before adding the olive oil and found that the paste was a good consistency without actually adding any of the olive oil. The dry cured olives I used were "home cured" so may have been more moist than store bought dry cured olives however I would recommend holding back on adding the olive oil at the beginning and just add it at the end if necessary (a small amount at a time) until the paste is the consistency that you want.
