Black Russian Chocolate Chip Cake

This delicious and decadent dessert will dazzle your guests and delight their palates. The addition of the liquor-based glaze gives the cake an intense flavor and incredibly moist texture.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Sugar
1/8 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Walnut chopped
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Vodka
1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee
4 Eggs lightly beaten
1/8 Cup Kahlua
1/2 Cup Water Cold
1 Yellow Cake Mix pudding-in-the-cake
1/2 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips mini

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 325. Grease and flour 10" tube pan.

2. Mix together cake mix, eggs, cold water, oil, coffee powder and vodka.

3. Beat vigorously for 2 mins, then stir in chips & nuts.

4. Pour in tube pan and bake 50 - 60 mins. until toothpick tests clean.

5. Cool. Remove from pan.

6. Melt butter in saucepan.

7. Stir in water & sugar.

8. Boil exactly 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

9. Remove from heat.

10. Stir in vodka & kahlua.

11. Prick top & sides of cake and drizzle glaze evenly over top & sides.
