2. Combine flour, cornstarch and sugar: add to butter and mix well.
3. Stir in walnuts. Roll in to 3/4 inch balls and place 1 inch apart on greased baking sheets.
4. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until set.
5. Cool on wire racks. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
