1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour 1 1/2 Cups All-purpose flour sifted
1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder 1 Tablespoon Baking powder plus
1 1/3 Cups Water 1 1/3 Cups Water warmed
1 Unit Egg 1 Unit Egg separated
1 Ounce Turkey 1 Ounce Turkey white meat sliced
1 Ounce Swiss Cheese 1 Ounce Swiss cheese sliced
1 Ounce Ham 1 Ounce Ham sliced
1 Slice Egg Bread 1 Slice Egg Bread

1. Batter: Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.

2. Add water to beaten egg, than add to flour mixture and mix well.

3. Set aside. Sandwich: Make a sandwich using turky first then Swiss cheese, and then ham.

4. Cut sandwich into quarters using toothpicks to hold sandwich together.

5. Dip sandwich in egg batter and fry in 360 degree canola oil until golden brown.

6. Remove toothpicks and sprinkle with sugar. Serve with raspberry jelly.
