Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Sugar plus extra for coating
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
1/4 Cup Vidalia Onion Diced
1 1/2 Cups Blueberries Washed

Directions:

1. If using a food processor, coarsely chop one small onion wedge and measure 1/4 cup.

2. Return to processor and add remaining ingredients.

3. Or, dice onion and berries by hand and mix with remaining ingredients.

4. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or until meal is served.
