Blueberry Salad Healthy Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Can Blueberries
1 Can Crushed Pineapple
2 Packages Raspberry Gelatin
1 Cup Water
1 Package Cream Cheese softened
1 Carton Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Sugar brown
1 Teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla or orange flower water; optional
1 Cup Pecan

Directions:

1. Drain blueberries and pineapple, reserving liquid.

2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add enough water to reserved juices to make 1-3/4 cup; add to dissolved gelatin.

3. Pour into a 13x9 inch pan. When gelatin is slightly thickened, fold in fruit.

4. Chill until firm. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla; beat well.

5. Spread over gelatin and sprinkle with pecans.

6. Chill until well set. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
