Blueberry Sausage Breakfast Treat

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Sugar plus extra for coating
2 Eggs lightly beaten
8 Ounces Sour Cream (light or yogurt)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda sieved
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine Softened
1 Cup Blueberries crushed
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder soda
2 Cups Flour seasoned with
1/2 Cup Pecan chopped
1/4 Cup Sugar brown
3/4 Pound Sausage pork

Directions:

1. Day before: Cook sausage and drain well.

2. Stir together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

3. In large mixing bowl, beat butter until fluffy.

4. Add sugars and beat until well-blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

5. Alternate adding flour mixture and sour cream to creamed ingredients; mix well.

6. Fold in sausage and berries. Pour batter into ungreased 13"x9"x2" baking pan.

7. Sprinkle pecans on top. Refrigerate overnight.

8. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 35-40 minutes, until done.
