Boar Spareribs With Sauerkraut

A simple but filling main dish. Spareribs are a favorite of many people and this recipe has the contrast of sweet apples and saurkraut.
2. Place over it 3 strips of bacon, diced, 2 apples, sliced.
3. Place boar ribs on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with sauteed parsnips.
