Bob's Sultan of the Stir Fry

This is the recipe that Bob makes in the first Recipe Key test kitchen video!

Ingredients:

1 cup Broccoli diced
1 lb Chicken Breast
1 cup White Rice
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Kung Pow Sauce
3/4 cup Carrot chopped

Directions:

1. Cook 1 cup white rice according to directions on package (20-30 minutes).

2. Cut chicken breast into cubes and cook in a Wok with 1 tb over medium-high heat until slightly brown (5-7 minutes).

3. Chop carrots into small discs and dice broccoli.

4. Add the vegetables to the Wok and cook until desired crispness (2-5 minutes).

5. Add Kung Pow Sauce as desired to taste.

6. Plate the rice and serve stir fry over. Enjoy!
