1. In a large saucepan, combine water, okra and salt.
2. Bring to a boil over High heat and cook 3-4 minutes or until okra is tender.
3. Drain, then return okra to the saucepan. Add butter and cook over Low heat until butter melts and coats okra, stirring frequently.

These are the same directions I use except for melting the butter over the okra. I put the okra on a platter while still hot and add butter and seasoned salt.
