Bonbon cookies are very easy to prepare and mainly it is a chocolate preparation.It doesnt take enough time for the preparation and children are the fans of the cookies.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 Cups Vanilla Wafers crushed
6 Ounces Chocolate Chips 12 oz.
1/4 Cup Light Corn Syrup (makes for smooth texture)
1. Roll out vanilla wafers with rolling pin until fine and smooth combine with remaining ingredients, except chocolate and shortening.
2. Roll into balls and dip in melted chocolate chips (melted over low heat with shortening).
