1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil approx
1 Cup Flour seasoned with
12 Oysters fresh or frozen

Directions:

1. Drain oysters.

2. Roll in flour. Heat oil until hot in a large frying pan.

3. Fry oysters on medium-high heat for 5 minutes turning over once.
