Ingredients:

1 Cup Evaporated Milk 1 Cup Evaporated milk (5 oz)
2 Eggs 2 Eggs separated, plus 2 egg yolks
3 Tablespoons Water 3 Tablespoons Water reserved from cooking
2 Tablespoons Sugar 2 Tablespoons Sugar (up to 6)
1 Tablespoon Vanilla 1 Tablespoon Vanilla or Almond extract to
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon (or more, to taste)
8 Unit French Bread 8 Unit French bread Cut 1 Inch Thick
2 Cups Corn Flakes 2 Cups Crushed corn flakes
1 Unit Confectionery Sugar 1 Unit Confectionery sugar
1 Package Raspberry 1 Package (10 oz.) frozen raspberries thawed
1 Cup Sour Cream 1 Cup Sour cream or plain yogurt
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon (or more, to taste)
1/2 Pint Fresh Raspberries 1/2 Pint Fresh raspberries (optional)

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.

2. Dip the bread slices into the mixture and then coat each slice with cereal.

3. Heat a buttered skillet and cook each piece until golden and crisp.

4. To serve, place two pieces of toast on each plate and sprinkle with confectionery sugar.

5. Garnish with Raspberry Cream and fresh raspberries.

6. Raspberry Cream: Ingredients: 1 package (10 oz).

7. frozen raspberries, thawed 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Mix the raspberries with the sour cream and add the cinnamon.
