Braised Turkey Wings

Ingredients:

6 Unit Turkey wings
1 Unit Paprika divided
1 Unit Salt (I used reduced sodium)
1 Unit White Pepper divided
1 Unit Garlic Salt and pepper
1 Quart Chicken Broth (preferably home-made)
1/2 Cup Flour (to 4 1/2 cups)
1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper Diced
1 Cup Onion Diced
1 Cup Tomato Diced peeled

Directions:

1. Cut turkey wings at joints and discard tips.

2. Arrange meatier wing portions in shallow baking dish and season to taste with paprika, salt, white pepper and garlic salt.

3. Bake at 450F until golden brown, turning as needed to brown evenly, about 20 minutes.

4. Gradually stir chicken broth into flour until smooth.

5. Add green pepper, onion and tomatoes. Pour sauce over turkey wings and continue baking at 350F 2 hours, or until tender.
