Ingredients:

2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil 2 Teaspoons Vegetable oil as needed
1 Pound Steak 1 Pound Veal shoulder arm steak cut 1inch thick
1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Salt (I used reduced sodium)
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper to taste
1 Onion 1 Onion thinly sliced
1/4 Cup Water 1/4 Cup Water Heated To 105F
2 Unit Red Potatoes 2 Unit Red potatoes unpeeled
1/4 Pound Snow Peas 1/4 Pound Snow peas strings removed
