1. In a small saucepan, combine brandy, brown sugar and cinnamon stick; mix well.
2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
3. In large bowl, combine peaches, apples and oranges; mix well.
4. Pour hot brandy mixture over fruit; mix gently.
5. Cover; store in refrigerator 8 to 10 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
6. Just before serving, remove cinnamon stick. Add strawberries and kiwi fruit; toss lightly.
7. Spoon into clear glass serving bowls to show off the bright colors.
