1/2 Cup Brandy 1/2 Cup Brandy or 1/2 c apple juice plus 1 tsp. brandy extract
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup Firmly packed brown sugar
1 Unit Cinnamon 1 Unit 3 to 4-inch cinnamon stick
2 Cups Peaches 2 Cups Fresh frozen peach slices
2 Granny Smith Apples 2 Unpeeled Granny Smith apples cored and sliced and cut in half
2 Oranges 2 Seedless oranges peeled
1 Cup Strawberry 1 Cup Halved strawberries to decorate
1 Kiwi 1 Kiwi fruit peeled 7 sliced

1. In a small saucepan, combine brandy, brown sugar and cinnamon stick; mix well.

2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.

3. In large bowl, combine peaches, apples and oranges; mix well.

4. Pour hot brandy mixture over fruit; mix gently.

5. Cover; store in refrigerator 8 to 10 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.

6. Just before serving, remove cinnamon stick. Add strawberries and kiwi fruit; toss lightly.

7. Spoon into clear glass serving bowls to show off the bright colors.
