3/4 Teaspoon Brandy (opt)
3/4 Cup Sour Cream or Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper Ground
1/2 Cup Gorgonzola Cheese

Directions:

1. Blend the Gorgonzola cheese and sour cream until smooth.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.

3. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of dip.
