Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Sugar plus extra for coating
1/4 Cup Apple Juice frozen concentrate, thawed
1/4 Cup Brandy (opt)
1 Cup Blackberries washed, shaken dry
1/2 Cup Raspberry (9floz)
1 1/2 Cups Apricots sliced
1 Cup Strawberry sliced
1 Cup Cantaloupe cubed and peeled

1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; and toss fruit gently.

2. Cover fruit, and chill for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
