3/4 Cup Butter (opt.)
1 Quart Milk Thinly Sliced
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper cracked
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt pepper to taste,
3/4 Cup Flour seasoned with
1 Cup Celery Finely Chopped
1 Cup Onion finely Chopped
2 Cups Potatoes finely diced
13 Ounces Clams &
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar

Directions:

1. Drain Juice from clams and pour over onions, celery, and potatoes.

2. Add enough water to barely cover. Cook vegetables.

3. Meanwhile, melt butter, add flour and blend until smooth.
