Brazilian Nut Crunch

Ingredients:
2 Cups Sugar brown
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda level - dissol ved in milk
2. In a heavy skillet, cook the sugar over low heat, stirring constantly until melted.
3. Add soda, 1 cups of the nuts. Mix well. Turn onto a baking sheet immediately.
4. With a rolling pin, roll the brittle until about 1/4 inch thick.
5. Before the brittle is cool, mark into squares with a knife.
6. When cold, spread with chocolate and sprinkle on the rest of the nuts.
